By using Lewan, as a visitor or an announcer, you agree to these terms.
The service
Lewan is a platform to show property ads and contact their announcers. Lewan is not a party to any sale or rental, does not own the properties shown and receives no money for them.
Announcers
Announcers create an account with true details, and Lewan reviews it before any of their ads appear. Announcers are responsible for their ads being accurate, for their right to offer the property, and for updating or pausing an ad once it is sold or rented.
Content that is not allowed
- Misleading, fake or duplicate ads
- Fraud, or asking for money before a viewing
- Anything unlawful, indecent or hateful
- Other people's personal documents or data
- Anything that is not a property offer
Review and removal
Lewan may refuse, suspend or remove any ad or account, especially when it breaks these terms or is reported, and tells the announcer why when it can.
Contact and agreements
Visitors and announcers talk directly, on WhatsApp, by phone or with Lewan's messages, and any agreement is theirs alone. We advise paying nothing before a viewing and an ownership check.
Content and photos
Announcers allow Lewan to show their ads' text and photos on the site, in the apps and when they are shared, and confirm they have the right to use them.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. Lewan does not guarantee that ads are accurate or that any deal will be completed, and is not liable for losses from relying on them, as far as the law allows.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; the version published here applies from its date. These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic.
